Bringing ADCOLOR’s Vision to Life with Æ Vision

ADCOLOR 2025 took place this past week at Disney World in Orlando, Florida, a fitting location for the first-ever ADCOLOR event nearly two decades ago. This year’s experience carried that legacy forward, encompassing the ADCOLOR Conference, ADCOLOR FUTURES Program, ADCOLOR LEADERS Program, and the 19th Annual ADCOLOR Awards.
ADCOLOR celebrates the powerful intersection of creativity, culture, and community, honoring those who continue to change the face of the creative industries through representation, innovation, and purpose-driven storytelling.
Our partner Æ Vision beautifully captured the energy and emotion of the ADCOLOR community and the future of advertising in a dynamic anthem film for this years conference, directed by Ewurakua Dawson-Amoah highlighting the voices, faces, and moments that make ADCOLOR what it is: a movement of inclusion and impact.


Creation Process + Saturation Integration
Director Ewurakua Dawson-Amoah came to Æ Vision to help bring her vision for this year's manifesto to life. Produced this Fall, the manifesto of this year’s CTRL ALT LIFT theme, developed by ADCOLOR and Droga5, centered on collective empowerment: contagious inspiration that ripples outward, always rising up while reaching back. With Saturation supporting their budgeting and actualizing, the team could stay focused on the creative, collaborating closely with agency and client. The virtual P Card feature meant department heads had autonomy while ÆV maintained oversight, keeping the production lean and creative-first. This is Æ Vision's second year using Saturation, and it's become essential for letting them do what they do best: bringing powerful visions to life efficiently.

Æ Vision is attending ADCOLOR for the first time this year, thrilled to be in community with fellow creators of color across advertising, creative, and tech industries—and to celebrate the film's launch at the conference!


ADCOLOR’s Impact
This marks ADCOLOR's 20th year of bridging gaps across creative and tech industries—bringing together intergenerational voices, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse professionals, and allies to build community in industries that can often feel isolating. ADCOLOR champions creatives from all backgrounds and life experiences, creating connection where it's needed most.


Purpose Driven at Æ Vision
Æ Vision is a New York–based, full-service commercial and film production studio dedicated to transforming everyday moments into cinematic stories. Their work is rooted in the belief that the most powerful narratives often come from voices that mainstream media tends to overlook.
At ÆV, the focus is on creating bold, resonant content that feels undeniably real. Their storytelling showcases genuine people, products, and experiences—captured with intention, nuance, and depth. Every project is crafted to stand out visually while carrying meaningful emotional weight, delivering work that connects with audiences globally and drives lasting impact.
