Jens Jacob is a film producer and co-founder of Saturation.io, a financial management platform built specifically for film and television production. He started his career as a production assistant on music video shoots, worked his way into producing, and spent over a decade running productions ranging from branded content for ESPN and Google to feature documentaries distributed by Angel Studios and released in theaters nationwide.
The frustration of managing film budgets on disconnected spreadsheets, tracking actual costs in real time, and reporting to investors across multiple productions eventually led him to build Saturation. The platform grew out of problems he encountered firsthand as a working producer, not from the outside looking in.
