Synopsis:

In "The Chronicles of Riddick," released in 2004, audiences are thrust into a dark and expansive universe where the anti-hero Richard B. Riddick, portrayed by Vin Diesel, finds himself at the center of an epic struggle. After escaping from a high-security prison, Riddick is pursued by bounty hunters and the ruthless Necromongers, a fanatical race intent on conquering the universe.
