Two Films Produced on Saturation Make World Premiere at SXSW 2026
March 12, 2026 — Two independent films budgeted and managed on the Saturation production finance platform premiered at the 2026 South by Southwest Film Festival this week, marking the first time Saturation-produced projects have screened at a major festival.
Among them is Anima, a sci-fi comedy directed by Brian Tetsuro Ivie and produced by KEBRADO, and Your Attention Please, a documentary directed by Sara Robin. Both films used Saturation's integrated budgeting and expense management platform from pre-production through delivery.

From Platform to Premiere
Saturation hosted the official after-party following the world premiere screening on Thursday, March 12, bringing together the cast, crew, and members of the Saturation community. The event included exclusive access for Saturation users as part of the platform's growing effort to connect its user base with real-world industry events.
Seeing films that were produced on our platform premiere at SXSW is incredibly meaningful. It validates what we've always believed — that better financial tools lead to better creative outcomes. When producers spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets, they can focus on making great work.

A Growing Presence in Independent Film
The SXSW premieres come at a time of significant momentum for Saturation. In 2025, production teams used the platform to manage more than $2.7 billion in budgets across 19,628 projects. The company has grown to serve over 8,000 producers worldwide, from independent filmmakers to major commercial production houses.
As independent filmmakers increasingly adopt creator-first strategies and seek greater control over production finances, integrated platforms like Saturation are becoming essential infrastructure for bringing projects from concept to screen.
