How quickly can I expect a response?
Our team typically replies within one business day. Support tickets submitted through the Help Center are triaged by priority and usually receive a first response within a few hours during business hours (Pacific Time).
Do you offer onboarding or implementation help?
Yes. Every new team gets a guided onboarding session to set up their workspace, import existing budgets, connect bank accounts via Plaid, and configure approval workflows. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated account manager for ongoing support.
Can I request a feature or integration?
Absolutely. Feature requests can be submitted through our public roadmap at feedback.saturation.io. We review every request and prioritize based on demand and alignment with our product vision.
