Your Privacy Choices
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Saturation does not sell personal information. We do sharelimited data with advertising partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and OpenAI) for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is treated as "sharing" under CPRA. This includes reporting a form submission (a demo request, the credit card waitlist or an event registration) from our servers to Meta, OpenAI and X, with your email address hashed, the advertising cookie or ad-click identifier from your visit, and, for Meta and OpenAI, the IP address and browser type of that request. You can opt out at any time using the controls below. We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out unless you then accept advertising cookies in our banner.

Opt out of advertising tracking
Turn off Marketing cookies to stop sharing for cross-context advertising. Your choice is saved in the sat_cookie_consent cookie and applies across saturation.io and next.saturation.io.
Cookies on saturation.io
The first-party cookies we set, and those set by services we load. We also keep the same campaign information for 30 days in your browser's local storage, for our forms. Advertising partners set their own cookies only while Marketing cookies are allowed, and Google Analytics only while Analytics cookies are allowed.

Submit an access, deletion, or correction request
Email privacy@saturation.io from the email associated with your Saturation account. We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA/CPRA. To prevent unauthorized disclosure, we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization and we will verify your identity directly.
Other US state privacy laws
