Sarah Paulson joined the cast in October 2018. In December 2018 Kiera Allen was cast as Chloe Sherman in her feature film debut. Allen uses a wheelchair, and she is the second female wheelchair using actress to star in a suspense film, following Susan Peters in 1948.
